What is InfusionCon?

InfusionCon is Infusionsoft's annual user conference. Over the past six years, InfusionCon has evolved from a software training conference into one of the most anticipated marketing, small business and automation conferences of the year.

Sessions topics cover a diverse range of topics relevant to small businesses, including Infusionsoft training, marketing strategy, social media, company culture, business management, automation, branding, copywriting, affiliate marketing and more.

Who should attend InfusionCon 2012?

InfusionCon is a must-attend event for all Infusionsoft customers. There are a variety of sessions geared towards business owners, marketing and sales strategists, developers, administrators and more.

When is InfusionCon 2012?

InfusionCon 2012 will be hosted April 2-4, 2012.

Where will the conference be held?

InfusionCon will be hosted at the beautiful Arizona Biltmore resort located at 2400 E. Missouri Avenue in Phoenix, AZ 85016.

What is the schedule for InfusionCon 2012?

The three-day schedule for InfusionCon is packed with keynote presentations, educational sessions and networking opportunities. Below is a high-level breakdown of the agenda, or you can view the full agenda.

Monday, April 2nd
7:30 AM: Registration begins
8:30 – 5:00 PM: Welcome session, general sessions and breakout sessions
5:30 – 7:30 PM: InfusionCon Social: Opening Night Party

Tuesday, April 3rd
7:30 – 8:30 AM: Registration and breakfast
8:30 – 6:30 PM: General sessions and breakout sessions

Wednesday, April 4th
7:30 – 8:30 AM: Breakfast
8:30 – 4:30 PM: General sessions and breakout sessions

How much does it cost to attend InfusionCon?

The fee schedule for InfusionCon is as follows:

  • Early Bird Pricing (before Jan 1st): $195
  • Early Bird Pricing (Jan 2nd – Feb 1st): $225
  • Early Bird Pricing (Feb 2nd – March 31st): $275
  • Full Conference Price: $325

What is included in the registration fee?

Registration includes access to all sessions, breakfast and lunch all three days, admission to the Opening Night Party on Monday, April 2nd and access to the Ask the Experts room, where you can connect with Infusionsoft success coaches and support reps about your important Infusionsoft questions.

How do I register?

You may register online at 2012.infusioncon.com/registration.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations received before March 2, 2012, will receive a full refund, minus a $30 USD processing fee. Cancellations received after March 2, 2012, will result in forfeiture of the entire conference fee. Contact our event team at events@infusionsoft.com.

I registered for InfusionCon and can’t attend. Can I transfer my registration to another InfusionCon user at my company?

Yes, if you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend InfusionCon, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your company. The deadline to transfer your registration is March 16, 2012. Please submit all transfer requests to events@infusionsoft.com.

Is there a discounted hotel room block available for attendees?

What amenities are available at the host hotel?

Is there parking available at the Biltmore?

Yes, self-parking is free in the garage just west of the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom. For more information, please call 602.955.6600.

How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

The Arizona Biltmore Resort is located about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Taxis, limousines, shuttles, buses and vans can be arranged to transport you and your group from the airport to the resort. Please contact the Resort Services desk at 602.955.6600, extension 7000 for rates and information.

What should I bring to the conference?

InfusionCon is an incredible opportunity for you to work on your business and network with fellow small businesses. Certainly, you’ll want your laptop, because you will get the chance to work on your business while you’re here. Free Wi-Fi will be provided for our guests, and outlets will be available for recharging computers and phones.

Otherwise, we recommend you simply bring business cards and a desire to learn from leading marketing and small business experts.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for InfusionCon 2012 is business casual. This includes the conference sessions as well as the Opening Night Party.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

The weather in Arizona in early April is beautiful. You can expect sunny days with temperatures of 75-85 degrees, so don’t forget to pack your golf clubs and sunglasses. This is as good as AZ weather gets!
